Μετά από μελέτες που έγιναν σε κατοίκους της Ιταλίας και τις Ελλάδας που είναι δημοφιλής η κατανάλωση της ψητής προβατινας η επίδραση που έχει στην εμφάνιση καρδιακών επεισοδίων είναι τεράστια.
